    Cancellation Policy


    - A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for CANCELLATION of A CONFIRMED BOOKING

    - Cancellation fee will be applied as follow"
    - 24- hour Cancellation Notice is kindly require to help me to reschedule your appointment with me

    - Less than 6 hours's notice given, 50% of the sound massage fee will be charged by Akiss


    Late Arrival
    Friendly Reminder

    - May be subject to reduce your treatment time with me. If you arrive more than 15-20 minutes late, please call/text me in advance. I may have to cut your time short so as not to inconvenience my next customer

    - I will charge you the full treatment fee, but make up the time on your next session with me
